not included in your shopping cart? Yes, you can send a gift,
which is not, included in our shopping cart, please send us E-mail at sales@indiangifthouse.
We shall promptly get back to you to confirm whether it is possible or not,
for us to arrange that specific gift for you and how you can pay for it. to
place an order.
2. How can I make the payment? You
can make the payment by Credit Card or by Check. in case of payment by
check, please send the order number (automatically generated after
submission of order form) alongwith the check in favour of "Sancel
international" .
3. Which credit cards does indian
Gift house accept? indian Gift house accepts Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, and Discover/Novus cards. This includes all card types
which are derivatives of those brands. Some examples are: Visa check cards
and debit cards, MasterCard "MasterMoney", EuroCard, etc.
4. Is my credit card number/bank a/c. number secure? Your
Credit Card details are accepted through the SSL protocol. All transactions
are secured, powered by CGI script capable of processing Credit Card
transactions insuring that the information is encryted before it is
transmitted.
5. Does indian gift house use SSL encryption?
Yes. Our shopping-cart software runs in Secure Mode on the
customer's browser, using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to encrypt sensitive
data such as credit card numbers. While selecting products and adding
them to the Shopping Cart, the customer is in Non-Secure Mode. After he/she
presses the Checkout button, we switch to Secure Mode in order to collect
the billing and shipping information. All modern Web browsers support
the SSL standard, but the customer can choose to checkout using Non-Secure
Mode if necessary.
6. How do I feel sure that you have
correctly registered the order placed? After you have placed the
order, you will get one E-mail confirming each order registered with us.

on webpage ? The products will match the image on the website as
the images have been taken from the vendors from whom the final order is
sourced. But indian Gift House, in its absolute discretion, may deliver a
similar / alternate product for reasons or exigencies beyond its control.
8. How much time do you take to deliver after the
payment has been made ? We shall deliver your gift within 5 days
of securing your payment or on the date of delivery mentioned by you in the
order form, which ever is later.
9. What is the mode of
delivery? For flowers, cakes and other perishable items, we have
tie-ups with vendors in various cities & towns and are delivered
personally by them to the address. Delivery of Non perishable gift is made
through renowned courier services.

deliver one gift comprising of perishable and Non perishable items? As mentioned above our vendor in the city shall deliver perishable
items and non-perishable items shall be separately delivered by courier
